Welcome to B and I Nameplate
Thank you for your interest in our products and our company. We are pleased to present to you our newly redesigned website with some exciting new features.
First I will introduce myself: My name is Brad, and I am Production Manager here at B & I Nameplate and just one part of a great team of individuals that have built our company from a basement hobby to a nationwide business. I will be talking with you and sharing news and announcements through this, our blog.
Now on to the fun stuff, and talking about the recent changes and improvements we have made to our new website! We have been running a survey over the past year, and have gotten some valuable comments and suggestions from our customers. Taking from that information, we have made the following improvements:
- Tag Preview – We are pleased to introduce our new tag builder system of ordering steps. One of the most requested features from our customers has been to be able to see a preview or model of what their nametag, pushbutton legend or nameplate will look like before they order it. Well now you can. The preview image changes on the fly and allows you to get a true glimpse of what you are ordering, in a way never before seen on the internet. it is a truly interactive experience that I hope you will try out. We are also welcoming your comments and suggestions on further improving this new system!
- Improved billing and invoicing – We have upgraded our invoicing and billing systems to bring you more control and awareness of your orders. With each new order, you will receive a packing slip with more pertinent information than ever before. You will be able to quickly see your customer number, view shipments attached to that order, and identify purchase order numbers and more. Again, we have listened to suggestions and comments from customers to bring you what we feel is a vast improvement.
- Product Information – Our product information pages are now packed with even more information, allowing you to be fully educated on the advantages our products can bring you.
- Downloads – Visit our Downloads page for tools in placing your orders. We offer spreadsheet templates as well as a fax order sheet that can be used in the field for on-the-go ordering.
These and the obvious aesthetic changes join many more improvements that I will be sharing with you over time. We are excited to bring all of this to you, and we hope it will make your ordering experience easier and more enjoyable!
